Terms & Conditions

Delivery Services

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer within the timescale specified by the Seller.
  • Standard delivery within Singapore is conducted using third party or Seller's own van. Delivery times vary according to each mode of transportation as detailed below:
  • Truck [third party] or Seller own van up to 14 days, the mode of transportation is determined by the size of the Goods, and is confirmed on order.
  • The delivery address specified by the Buyer must be safely accessible by truck between the hours of 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
  • The delivery service is completed by one person (the driver) up to the vehicle tailgate. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure vehicle access including suitable parking and the handling of the Goods beyond the vehicle tailgate.
  • The delivery period specified by the Seller is an estimate only and shall not be of the essence of the contract. All deliveries conducted by the truck method will be booked in advance by telephone and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery
  • The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any stated delivery period or booked delivery date. In any event, time of delivery period or delivery booking shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery period or date.
  • If the Seller is unable to commence delivery of the Goods for reasons beyond its control, then the Seller shall be entitled to place the Goods in storage until such times as delivery may be effected and the Buyer shall be liable for any expense associated with such storage.
  • If the Seller is unable to complete delivery whilst the Goods are in transit for reasons beyond its control, then the Buyer shall be liable for any wasted delivery expenses incurred by the Seller.

Notes: Should the Buyer require additional delivery services which are not covered by the standard delivery terms such as date specific, on site product installation, product assembly and packaging removal either or both of the following two options must be selected by the Buyer during order review/checkout:

  • 'Express Delivery' - for day specific delivery requirements
  • 'Installation Service' - for orders which need to be delivered beyond the vehicle tailgate

A sales representative from the Seller will contact the Buyer to discuss additional services required are priced on application, and, upon acceptance from the Buyer, such charges will be added to standard delivery charge.

Return, Exchange, Refund Policy

At the time of delivery or self-collection the buyer shall inspect the item before signing any receipt document. In the event of defects or damages discovered up to 24 hours after receiving the item, the buyer shall notify IDIGO to be entitled to replacement or refund.

Returns

  • The buyer has 48 hours from the date of reception to return defective items at his/her own cost.
  • To be eligible for a return,
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Item must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
  • Once we received your items, we will inspect them and notify the buyer of the acceptance status of the returned items.
  • In the event our inspection doesn’t reveal defects and the buyer cannot provide proof of defect or damage, acceptance of the return will be subject to management decision (see dedicated paragraph below).

Exchange & Refunds

  • If return is approved, the buyer will be entitled to replacement items or, at his/her preference, full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable).

Case of Dispute on Return Acceptance

  • In the lack of agreement between the buyer and IDIGO on the defectiveness of the items to be returned, subject to management review, buyer could be granted either replacement or partial refund.
  • However partial refund, if authorized by management, will not be in excess of insuring IDIGO direct costs are still covered.

To help you choose the right product and design to suit your purpose/business, we ask you to make selections and choices — These information are collected if you choose to get a quotation or order.

To assist with promotions & marketing and tailor our service to your needs, we will ask you for feedback, about your business and any information we may feel relevant — supply of this information is optional and not mandatory. All this data will be stored so we can effectively meet your needs.

Customer Service

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. Both our production and customer service staff use email and phone information to communicate with customers about issues pertaining to their orders. These information will be used only internally to better serve your needs.

Choice/Opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by unsubscribing.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post changes to this privacy statement in this page and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

If, however, we are going to use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not to allow us to use their information in this different manner.
